I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view, perfect for extended stays or medical visits. However, dealing with the 4 remotes for the TV was a bit of a hassle. The service was top-notch, with courteous and hard-working staff members like Willis, Nicole, Eva, Adam, Eugene, and Fernando. The location was very convenient to the Houston Medical Center area and safe for walking to nearby attractions. The dining options were ample and fresh, although the pricing was a bit on the higher side. Overall, a great value for money stay.
